Ashton Meeting Place Public Hearing, Park & Planning

The new design for Ashton Meeting Place will be presented to the Montgomery County Planning Board on Thursday, May 15. The public hearing will begin at 9 AM in the auditorium at the Park and Planning Commission building at 8787 Georgia Avenue in Silver Spring. There will be an opportunity for members of the community to verbally express their opinions about the design. If you would like to testify at the public hearing, call 301-495-4600 to register. Written comments will also be considered and should be sent to both the Planning Board and the Planning Staff as soon as possible, so that they may review your comments prior to the hearing. SSARPC would also like to see what you submit (send it to feedback (AT) ssarpc.org).
