Creating Opportunities for Youth

Creating Opportunities for Youth Community Based Collaboration seeks to engage the community for the following:

(1) developing events for youth,

(2) developing partnerships with businesses and 
other community based groups,

(3) increasing resources and programming capacity, and

(4) engaging youth and adults in the community to
participate in these efforts.
